We are seeking an experienced Stores Inventory professional with 10+ years of experience in an EPC workplace. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end stores operations across project sites, ensuring efficient material handling, inventory control, and compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage stores operations for multiple project sites and Head Office.

Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials as per project requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure real-time updates in ERP systems.

Monitor stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and prevent stock-outs.

Implement inventory control techniques such as FIFO/FEFO and cycle counting.

Coordinate with procurement, project, and finance teams for material planning and reconciliation.

Ensure proper documentation (GRN, MRN, issue slips, stock registers, etc. ).

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.

Manage scrap, surplus, and obsolete materials efficiently.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper storage practices.

Lead,



train, and manage the stores team across locations.

Prepare MIS reports on inventory, consumption, and stock movement.

Support audits (internal/external) and ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications Skills: Bachelor s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field. 10+ years of experience in stores and inventory management within an EPC / infrastructure company. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar). Good understanding of material management logistics and warehouse operations. Experience in handling multi-location/project site stores. Strong analytical organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
