We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager - OM to manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Bio-CNG plants.
The role involves ensuring smooth plant performance, maintaining safety standards, managing the team, and optimizing plant efficiency within the given budget.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the overall operation and maintenance of the Bio-CNG plant.
Lead and guide engineers, operators, and technicians.
Monitor plant performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Control OPEX budget and suggest cost-saving measures.
Ensure equipment uptime through proper maintenance.
Maintain good client relationships and attend review meetings.
Ensure HSE standards and compliance are followed.

Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications Skills: B. E. /B. Tech in Chemical/Process/ or Mechanical Engineering. 12+ years of total experience with at least 8 years in OM. Positive leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of OM software and MS Office. Experience in Oil Gas or Waste Management (preferred).
