We are looking for an experienced HSE/Safety qualified responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. The role will focus on implementing HSE standards, managing operational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in safety practices.
Key Responsibility-
Safety-related compliances: In-depth knowledge of relevant safety laws and regulations
Technical understanding of operations: Familiarity with the specific technical aspects of the industry s operations and maintenance
Regulations and legal compliance: Ability to ensure adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
HSE Assurance: Expertise in assuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met
Risk Management Framework: Understanding and application of frameworks for managing risks in the workplace
Fire Safety Management: Knowledge of protocols and practices for preventing and responding to fire hazards
HSE Incident Investigation:
Skills to conduct thorough investigations of safety incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications Skills: Safety-related qualification (Minimum 1 year full-time course is mandatory) or NEBOSH-IGC B. Tech - 1 year of experience Diploma (any engineering discipline) - Minimum 4 years of industrial work experience Science Graduate - Minimum 4 years of industrial work experience Any other graduation - Minimum 10 years of industrial work experience ITI - Minimum 10 years of industrial work experience 12th (any stream) - Minimum 10 years of industrial work experience
