Role & responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities Sub Zonal Manager / Cluster Manager
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple hubs and dark stores.
- Handle last-mile delivery operations and ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage Hub Incharges, Store Incharges, and delivery teams.
- Ensure delivery rider hiring, onboarding, and manpower availability.
- Monitor daily operational performance, KPIs, and productivity.
- Ensure SLA compliance and improve delivery performance.
- Control operational costs and improve efficiency.
- Handle inventory, dispatch, and customer escalations.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and track business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with HR, central operations, and other teams.
- Drive business growth and achieve operational targets.
