The role will partner closely with leadership to provide accurate financial insights, improve profitability, manage cash flow, and ensure solid financial governance

- Own day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

- Develop financial models and provide insights to support business decisions.

- Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes, and policies.

- Ensure timely statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks,



and other external stakeholders.

- Track key financial and business KPIs and highlight risks and opportunities to management.

- Support pricing, cost optimization.

- Lead and mentor the finance/accounting team.

- Identify opportunities to automate and improve finance processes and reporting.
