- Provide hands-on Application Operations ownership for Oracle OSM/UIM and related telecom fulfilment services, with primary focus on service stability, technical troubleshooting, SLA/KPI achievement, order fulfilment, inventory integrity and provisioning continuity.
- Drive incident recovery, problem management, operational monitoring, order-fallout reduction, reconciliation, automation and continual improvement across assigned OSM/UIM services, while maintaining appropriate operational governance and stakeholder coordination.
- Promote practical and responsible AI/AIOps adoption for anomaly detection, diagnosis, event correlation, knowledge reuse and assisted order remediation to improve service reliability and operational efficiency.
