Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates.
Manage multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Requirements :
1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office and other recruitment tools.
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
