About the Role:-

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead and execute influencer and creator-led marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in identifying creators, building influencer partnerships, managing campaigns, negotiating commercials, and tracking campaign performance.

Role & responsibilities :-

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard relevant content creators, influencers and KOLs aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including creator outreach, briefing, negotiation, execution and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators and talent agencies.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables and campaign terms with influencers and agencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop effective campaign briefs, content requirements and timelines.
- Track campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, views,



clicks, conversions and ROI.
- Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights to improve future influencer campaigns.
- Explore UGC, affiliate marketing and creator-led content opportunities to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Stay updated with emerging creators, social media trends, content formats and influencer marketing practices.

Required Skills:-

- Strong understanding of Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in influencer outreach, creator acquisition and campaign management.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach with an understanding of campaign analytics and ROI.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Robust coordination and execution skills.
