Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive - Business Development to drive business growth through Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing retailer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and expanding market presence.

Experience in the agriculture, agri-input sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- - Identify and develop new retailer/business opportunities.
- Generate leads through market, networking, references, and research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and business partners.
- Conduct meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with retailers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and timely closure of business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.




- Prepare sales reports and provide regular market updates.

Required Skills Qualifications

- - Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Retail Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in the agriculture/agri-input sector is preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
