We are looking for a CFO to own the company's financial strategy and operations and to act as a key business partner to the CEO and Board. You will lead planning, reporting, cash and treasury management, compliance, and governance while helping the business grow profitably.
Strategy and planning
- Build and execute the financial strategy in line with business goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Evaluate investments, capex, and major business decisions
Reporting and performance
- Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financials to the CEO/Board
- Turn business performance data into explicit, actionable insights for senior management
- Work with department heads to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and operations
Cash, treasury and funding
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
- Own relationships with banks, auditors, and investors
