The Video Editor Intern role at Betterway is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support the creation and editing of video content that communicates Betterways' healthcare and wellness offerings across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, editing videos for clarity and engagement, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics or visual elements to enhance storytelling. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, maintain brand consistency, and meet deadlines for campaigns and social media content. This role offers hands-on experience in video production within a mission-driven healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, shoot, and assemble engaging video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to refine visual tone and ensure consistent, high-quality footage.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create compelling visual elements and on-screen information.
- Basic familiarity with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and feedback constructively.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment in Gurugram.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field is an advantage.
- Interest in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurvedic and holistic approaches to health will be considered a plus.
