About the Role
Arivyam Technologies is looking for an HR Recruiter to drive and grow our staffing business line. This role goes beyond routine hiring you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our clients, sourcing and closing positions across India, Australia, and the US, while working closely with the founders to help scale this business vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth of Arivyam's staffing business line
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for client requirements sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals/platforms
- Fulfill both onsite (Australia, US) and India-based hiring requirements
- Work directly and flexibly with the founders on staffing strategy and priorities
- Build and maintain a strong, reliable talent pipeline for recurring client needs
- Ensure a smooth and qualified candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- MBA degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiter in the IT industry
- Proven experience sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- Prior experience fulfilling international (Australia/US) as well as domestic (India) roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work from Noida Sector 62 office
- Flexible and proactive approach to working directly with founders in a fast-paced environment
