- Lead the development and implementation of category management strategies to drive cost savings, improve quality, and enhance supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that optimize procurement processes.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including internal customers, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Proven track record in category management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sourcing/procurement principles and practices.
- Excellent vendor negotiation skills.
