Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for ESG Reporting: Prepare, review, and manage accurate and timely ESG and sustainability reports in accordance with various international standards, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, interpret, and analyze ESG data from multiple sources within the organization; ensure data accuracy and completeness for disclosure
- Compliance and Benchmarking: Stay updated on global ESG regulations and industry benchmarks, ensuring Cognituds compliance and alignment with the latest standards and best practices
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and sustainability, to align reporting requirements and gather necessary information
- Trend Analysis and Reporting Improvements:



Identify trends and insights from ESG data to provide actionable recommendations for improving reporting practices and support Cognituds sustainability goals

Requirements

- You should have prior experience in ESG reporting or sustainability reporting, with experience across multiple frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP
- Analytical Skills: Robust proficiency in data analysis and visualization; advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with ESG software
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data interpretation and reporting
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create impactful reports and liaise with stakeholders
- Passion for Sustainability: Strong commitment to driving positive environmental and social impacts through transparent reporting

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field
