Job Summary

The Associate/ Analyst is an entry level position with minimum graduation qualification, Should be willing to get trained in Insurance field. They can design solutions to those potential problems. Organizing and executing administrative tasks across multiple computer programs.

Responsibilities

- Act as voice of the customers in the organization; gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present the insights findings to the internal stakeholders.
- Play a crucial role in creating customer loyalty and retention.
- Be well-versed on the technical side of the organization's products/offerings and should be able to share insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot.
- Incumbents at this level are entry para-qualified who have little or no prior knowledge/experience.




- Follow standard procedures and are responsible for performing basic routine based tasks in defined parameters.
- Follow basic written and oral instructions.
- Work under close supervision and communicate information that requires little explanation.

Qualifications

- Typically requires a High School education (or equivalent) with 0-3 years of work experience.
