Job Summary

Coordinate stock movement across our Chennai warehouse and branch network - managing fulfilment, inventory, courier partners and accurate dispatch documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate inbound and outbound stock between the central warehouse and branches.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile against system counts.
- Schedule deliveries and manage last-mile courier partners for Tier-2/3 reach.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documentation, ensuring batch and expiry traceability.
- Flag stock risks - shortages, ageing inventory, damages - to the operations head.

Required Skills Qualifications

- Graduate in commerce,



logistics or a related field; 1-3 years in warehousing or supply chain.
- Working knowledge of inventory/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Solid attention to detail and documentation discipline.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling temperature-sensitive or FMCG goods.
- Familiarity with courier aggregator platforms.
