What You'll Do:

Drive B2B sales of our cutting-edge SaaS product (BharatFleet) through phone, email, WhatsApp and social channels.

Engage with C-suite executives, transport business owners, fleet heads and operations leaders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our solution can revolutionize their fleet management.

Qualify prospects, schedule discovery and product demo calls for the senior sales team and manage the sales development pipeline.

Achieve and exceed monthly qualified lead, demo and conversion quotas.

Continuously refine your sales approach, leverage our sales development platform and maintain meticulous CRM records.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales (Inside Sales preferred).

A self-starter with a strong urge to learn, innovate and contribute in a startup environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex logistics and operations solutions clearly.

Organized, detail-oriented and proficient in time management.





Genuine customer empathy and a results-oriented mindset.

Immediate joiners preferred (notice period not more than 30 days).

B2B SaaS Experience: Prior hands-on sales experience working with a B2B SaaS software company.

Logistics & Transportation Domain: Direct experience working in or selling into logistics, fleet management, or passenger/freight transport companies.

IoT Hardware Familiarity: Experience working with or selling IoT hardware solutions (such as GPS trackers, fuel sensors, smart dashcams and telematics devices).

Fleet Tech Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance standards (like AIS-140), vehicle tracking systems, and automated dispatch or driver attendance workflows.
