Urgent Prospect for the role of Quantity Surveyor CSA, Electrical, Mechanical for Hyderabad location

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material estimates at 30%, 65%, and IFC (Issued for Construction) design stages.
- Review design drawings, specifications, BIM models, and technical documents for quantity extraction.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for CSA, Electrical, and Mechanical packages.
- Support project cost planning, budgeting, and estimate validation activities.
- Coordinate with discipline engineers, BIM teams, consultants, and project stakeholders to capture design changes and revisions.
- Perform quantity reconciliation between successive design stages and maintain revision control records.
- Analyze quantity variances and provide impact assessments for project cost forecasting.




- Support procurement and tendering activities by providing accurate quantity data and measurement sheets.
- Validate contractor and subcontractor quantity submissions wherever required.
- Maintain quantity tracking databases, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and company standards.
- Generate periodic quantity reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Certification in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, or Cost Management will be an added advantage.
