We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, conducting property visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various sources, including referrals, online platforms, and field activities.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to clients.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and closure.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property developments.
- Travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
- Candidates should have good knowledge of the local market and surrounding areas.
