"Get proposals from the suppliers, negotiate and make comparison in terms of specifications, prices, Payment Terms and Delivery Schedule issue the Purchase Order to the Suppliers.
Timely Procurement Delivery of All Items for Division.
Make sure that the material is delivered as per the agreed delivery.
To explore current vendors as an alternate source for procurement.
Implementation of Cost Improvement Programs based on management guidelines, viz use of Reverse Auctions etc."
