Role & responsibilities

- Run, set up and change over VFFS packing machines (pouch size, film roll, weigher/cup filler)
- Set sealing temperature, jaw pressure, film tracking and date/batch coding
- Check pack weight, seal quality and leaks, and keep the line at target output
- Do basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance, and report breakdowns
- Keep the line clean and follow GMP, food safety and hygiene rules
