LEAD FULLY BUILT SOLUTIONS

1. Purpose

To drive the Fully Built Solutions (FBS) vertical by developing market-

relevant vehicle applications, tie-up and managing strategic body builder

partnerships, to meet customer requirements across segments including

municipal, and special application segments. The role acts as a bridge

between Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Service, and external

body builders to ensure successful commercialization and lifecycle

management of fully built vehicles for the Commercial Mobility Business.

2. Role Description

a. Develop and execute the Fully Built Solutions strategy aligned with

business growth objectives and market requirements.

b. Identify customer application requirements and convert them into

commercially viable vehicle solutions.

c. Manage onboarding, development, auditing and performance of

approved body builder partners.

d. Coordinate with Product Development, Engineering and Quality teams

for design validation and solution deployment.

e. Support sales teams in customer acquisition by providing application

expertise, business cases and value propositions.

f. Drive development of application-specific vehicles for cargo, e-

commerce,



reefer, municipal, tipper and specialty segments.

g. Monitor vehicle performance, customer feedback and field quality

issues and initiate corrective actions

h. Ensure regulatory compliance, homologation and safety requirements

for all fully built solutions.

i. Conduct competitor benchmarking, market analysis and identify

emerging opportunities in commercial mobility solutions.

j. Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement and lifecycle

management of Fully Built Solutions portfolio.

1. Approve technical specifications of body-built applications within

approved standards.

2. Recommend FBS pricing and commercial proposals for approval.

5. Requirements

a. Engineering graduate with automotive background preferred.

b. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a leading OEM in Fully Built

Solutions

c. Exposure to body building standards, homologation requirements and

commercial vehicle applications preferred.
