- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Valuable knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Integration Testing
- System Testing
- Smoke & Sanity Testing
- Exploratory Testing
- UI Testing
- Experience with bug/issue tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing and data validation.
- Experience with Postman for API testing.
- Ability to write clear test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good to Have
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, and status codes.
- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Knowledge of test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
- Basic understanding of Git and CI/CD processes.
