Requirements

- 68 years of experience in Enterprise Network Management and Operations.
- Solid hands-on experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, Nexus, and Wireless technologies.
- Expertise in LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching, VPN, and Network Security.
- Experience working with Cisco Meraki Access Points and Wireless Infrastructure.
- Good understanding of Authentication solutions including RADIUS, TACACS+, PKI, and Cisco ACS.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support,



incident management, and network issue resolution.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Monitor network compliance and maintain standardized device configurations.
- Execute firmware and OS upgrades for routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
- Manage and support Cisco Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Cisco Meraki environments.
- Configure and maintain VLANs, STP/RSTP, Trunking, EtherChannel, BGP, EIGRP, HSRP/VRRP, and PBR.
- Coordinate with ISPs and carriers for circuit installations, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Handle LAN/Wi-Fi management, configuration backups, and network documentation.
- Maintain connectivity diagrams, network inventory, and operational procedures.
- Proactively monitor network performance, capacity, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues using packet captures and tools such as Wireshark.
- Follow incident escalation procedures and ensure SLA-driven service delivery.
