Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Design end-to-end influencer campaigns aligned with overall brand goals and target audiences.
- Discovery & Outreach: Research, identify, and vet niche content creators and influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and usage rights, managing contracts and legal compliance.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee content creation, product seeding, brief reviews, and publishing schedules.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (reach, engagement rate, conversions, and ROI) using social analytics tools and compile performance reports.
- Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships with creators and talent agencies
