- Engage with assigned portfolio customers as per the prescribed contact policy.
- Promote and educate customers on digital banking platforms for enhanced service experience.
- Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently.
- Strengthen customer relationships through need-based crossselling.
- Monitor account activities proactively and take actions to ensure customer retention
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with 1-4 years of experience in banking, customer service, telesales, or relationship management.
- Experience in bank call centers / virtual relationship teams / digital banking is highly preferred.
