Description Key Responsibilities

- Develop Ayurveda and wellness-related content ideas, recipes, scripts and topics for YouTube and social media platforms.

- Provide expert inputs for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital content.

- Prepare and review content to ensure medical and Ayurveda accuracy.

- Respond to consumer queries related to Ayurveda, health and wellness through ORM channels within defined timelines.

- Provide inputs for FAQs, consumer responses and other customer-facing communications.

- Support the Marketing and Content teams with expert inputs for campaigns, creative content and digital initiatives.

- Review and validate content, creatives, videos, captions and scripts from an Ayurveda/medical perspective.

- Provide inputs for PR activities, press quotes, articles, interviews and media communication.

- Support ad-hoc content requirements,



including creative reviews and campaign-related content.

- Work with the Marketing, Digital, PR and Content teams to develop relevant and engaging consumer-focused content.

- Review content performance and provide suggestions to improve engagement, reach, CTR, video views and overall content effectiveness.

- Stay updated on relevant Ayurveda, wellness, health and consumer trends to support content development.
