Role & responsibilities

- Lead and establish the Containers business from scratch, covering standard and specialised container products.
- Develop and execute the complete business plan for establishing and scaling the container business.
- Identify and develop new markets, customers and business opportunities across domestic and export markets.
- Build and leverage strong customer, supplier and industry relationships to drive business growth.
- Lead business planning covering capacity, manufacturing, product development, sales, commercial operations and profitability.
- Develop the organisation, processes and team required to set up and scale the business.
- Drive customer acquisition, order generation, revenue growth and long-term business development.




- Work closely with manufacturing and technical teams to ensure product capability, quality, cost competitiveness and timely delivery.
- Provide strategic leadership for the overall business and ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in the container manufacturing and container industry.
- Experience across standard as well as specialised containers is essential.
- Candidates should have solid exposure to domestic and international markets.
