The Banking & Treasury Team Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end banking and treasury operations across Welspun group entities, ensuring effective cash management, payment processing, bank reconciliations, liquidity monitoring, and working capital optimization. The role involves overseeing SAP payment execution, fund transfers, debt servicing, banking relationships, compliance with treasury policies and internal controls, and governance of bank accounts and user access. The incumbent will collaborate with Finance, AP, AR, R2R, and banking partners to resolve operational issues, drive automation and process improvements, monitor SLAs and KPIs, prepare treasury MIS and cash flow reports, and lead team development through training, SOP management, and continuous capability building while ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
