We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager with 2-5 years of experience to manage our brand presence across social media platforms through engaging organic content, strategic planning, and audience engagement. You'll lead content strategy, create impactful content calendars, and help grow our online community while supporting overall marketing objectives.

What you'll do

- Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with business goals across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Plan, manage, and maintain monthly content calendars in collaboration with the design, content, and marketing teams.
- Create compelling content ideas, campaign concepts, captions, and publishing schedules that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including publishing posts, community management, and audience interaction.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to deliver high-quality creatives and short-form content.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze engagement trends, and optimize content based on audience insights.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to keep the brand relevant and engaging.





What we're looking for

- 2-5 years of experience managing organic social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- Strong experience in content planning, editorial calendars, and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and platform-specific content.
- Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of audience engagement, community management, and social media best practices.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze content performance and continuously improve engagement, reach, and follower growth.

Nice to have

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads for boosting key campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with social listening tools, competitor research, and trend analysis.
- Knowledge of short-form video content, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
