Job Summary

Apollo 24|7 is looking for analytical and detail-oriented Apprentices to join its Business Operations team, supporting Diagnostic Business Operations and Fulfillment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, sales reports and diagnostic order reports.

- Monitor order fulfillment, delivery performance, turnaround time (TAT), cancellations and pending orders.

- Analyze operational data, identify trends and discrepancies, and support business performance tracking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain Excel-based reports,



dashboards and operational trackers.
- Identify process gaps and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Positive proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting, Power BI or business operations is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate: Fresher with strong Excel and analytical skills, a proactive attitude and an interest in business operations.
