We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer Design to Value professional with 2 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering design and value analysis, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of designs to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of design processes and results.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design practices.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.

Job Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering design and value analysis.
- Robust understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as CAD, CAE, and simulation platforms.
