- Handle end-to-end customer service for Import Customs Clearance / CHA shipments
- Scrutinize Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, Insurance and other import documents
- Coordinate preparation and filing of Bill of Entry
- Follow up on Customs assessment, queries, examination and Out of Charge (OOC)
- Coordinate with Shipping Lines, CFS/Terminals, Transporters, Customs and internal operations teams
- Track shipments from pre-arrival through clearance and final delivery
- Provide customers with timely and proactive shipment updates
- Handle documentation discrepancies and clearance-related issues
- Monitor pending documents, DO, Customs clearance, container movement and delivery
- Maintain shipment-wise records, MIS and customer Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Required Experience

- 58 years of relevant experience in a Customs Broker (CHA), Freight Forwarding or Logistics company
- Robust experience in Import Customs Clearance and CHA documentation
- Experience independently handling multiple customers and high-volume import shipments
- Team-handling experience will be an advantage
