- Team leadership: Guide and review the work of finance team members, set clear timelines, build back-up capability and promote a disciplined, ownership-driven closing culture.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 9-12 years of relevant post-qualification experience,
with substantial hands-on responsibility for end-to-end book closing and financial reporting.
- Listed-company exposure: Current or recent experience in a listed company, including quarterly reporting, limited review, year-end audit and management or investor reporting.
- Sector experience: Solid preference for EPC, construction, infrastructure, engineering or project-based businesses with multi-location operations.
- ERP capability: Strong working knowledge of SAP FI/CO and practical experience in extracting, validating and reconciling large data sets.
