Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to handle customer and business enquiries, incoming and outgoing calls, lead follow-ups, and basic coordination with our Sales team.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Attend customer and business enquiries.
- Follow up on leads and interested customers.
- Identify potential leads and share them with the Sales team.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for regular follow-ups.
- Handle basic email communication.
- Maintain basic call and lead details.
- Update information in Excel or other internal systems as required.

Requirements

- Experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Support / Lead Generation preferred.
- Positive communication skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and computer applications.
- Hindi speaking will be an added advantage.




- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.

Salary

Up to 30,000 per month (Maximum) based on experience, current salary and interview.
