Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and strengthen our brand presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Plan, shoot and create Posts, Reels, Stories, Videos and other social media content.
- Handle Instagram DMs, comments, story tags, leads and ensure timely responses.
- Visit outlets to understand operations, identify content and customer engagement opportunities.
- Develop creative ideas for content, campaigns, promotions and outlet activities.
- Maintain content calendars, folders, files, records and social media account information.
- Ensure regular and consistent content activity across all platforms.




- Understand and maintain the company's brand identity, values and communication style.
- Monitor social media trends and explore new content formats and tools.
- Take initiative, work independently and handle responsibility with professionalism.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Ability to create engaging Reels and short-form videos.
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools.
- Good creative thinking and content ideas.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Valuable organizational and file-management skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools, trends and skills.
- Professional attitude, ownership, honesty and integrity.
