Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Remediation

- Perform Salesforce Data Pollution Analysis.
- Identify and document data quality issues.
- Execute data correction, enrichment, and update activities.
- Support ongoing data cleansing and remediation efforts.

Salesforce Development & Configuration

- Develop Salesforce solutions to support remediation activities.
- Perform Salesforce coding and automation tasks.
- Implement configuration changes that improve data quality and prevent future issues.
- Support the resolution of integration-related data inconsistencies.

Data Remediation Implementation Support

- Support the implementation of a data remediation tool for quality use cases.
- Configure and maintain data quality checks and validation processes.
- Assist with testing and validation of remediation workflows.

Data Correction & Purge Activities

- Analyse blocked records and classify exception types.
- Segment quick wins versus complex exception cases.
- Cross-reference Salesforce data with internal and external datasets (e.g., VISSBOSS, ADB).
- Enrich and update missing or incorrect data.
- Correct inactive dates and status mismatches.
- Resolve orphan records and dependency issues.
- Validate records against Salesforce integrity and purge rules.




- Support the execution of controlled purge activities.
- Report progress, remaining issues, and identified risks.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer & Data Remediation Specialist to support the operational execution of Salesforce data remediation activities and the implementation of a data remediation tool for quality use cases.

The role focuses on hands-on analysis, data correction, data updates, Salesforce development, and support for ongoing data quality improvements. The resource will work closely with the Data Remediation Lead and contribute to both tactical remediation activities and long-term data quality initiatives.

Given the execution-focused nature of the work, an offshore resource is preferred.

- Salesforce Development (Apex, SOQL)

- Experience performing bulk data updates and data corrections
- Understanding of Salesforce data models and object relationships
