Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information and resolutions.
- Communicate with customers professionally through the assigned support channel.
- Understand customer concerns and resolve issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility

- Freshers experiend 1-3 Yrs can apply.
- Good English communication skills are required.




- Candidates should have basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates must be willing to work according to business requirements, including rotational shifts if applicable.
- Candidates should have all relevant educational and identity documents available.
