- Act as the point person for the CEO in ensuring effective meetings of all related teams/departments. Plans and executes travel, logistics, rolodex, and ensures regular customer and partner meetings.
- Be a force multiplier. Create accessibility and availability in the CEOs schedule. Act as first responder to the CEOs office and an effective stand-in representative when the CEO is needed at meetings.
- Follow up and track reports to be received by the CEO from management staff.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEOs office and internal departments; demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Match and keep pace with the CEO in terms of work schedules and be versatile to adapt to non-standard work hours.

Preferred Qualification & Experience :
• Undergraduate degree in social sciences; post graduate degree/certification in psychology or anthropology gets additional credits.
• Versatile in digital tech such as AI and Social media.
• Accomplishments in sports or entertainment will be an added advantage.
