Job Description

- Candidate should have 12+ years of experience Service Delivery

- Experience in coordinating with Customer, Suppliers and other stakeholders

- MIS reports handling experience

- Sound knowledge and Experience in the site management

- Knowledge of radio base station and work experience in Cell site deployment

- Experience in cell site validation and understand the requirements

- Proactive skills required to manage various situations

- Understanding of Field engineer scheduling and manage site visits

- Experience in supervising team memberswork and providing support on queries.

- KPI management such as SLA

- Periodic update to customers is key activity/responsibility

- Constantly monitor and report on project progress and status to all stakeholders

- Experience in managing international customer

- Conflict management

- Strong Verbal and written communication skills

- A positive team player good customer experience

- Knowledge of PEGA, ORMT, Remedy
