Store & Inventory Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of RM (Raw Material), PM (Packing Material), SFG (Semi-Finished Goods), and FG (Finished Goods) stores at DHPL.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issuance, and dispatch processes.
- Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices and accurate labelling of all materials.
- Maintain and regularly update records for expiry tracking, rejected materials, and non-moving/slow-moving stock.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams for smooth material planning and availability.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials to minimize stock discrepancies and wastage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely reconciliation of physical stock with system records.
- Handle stock-related transactions and maintain inventory records using ERP/Tally.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and inventory control processes.
