Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide after sales support to customers by resolving their queries and concerns related to electronic products.
- Offer technical services such as installation, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of electronic hardware.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in electronics sales or a related field (after sales support).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution in any specialization.
- Solid knowledge of electronic hardware components, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
