Senior Executive Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce, fulfillment center, 3PL, or warehouse operations .
- Handle high-volume operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns .
- Manage operations for Heavy & Bulky / Large & Bulky / Furniture / Appliances / White Goods shipments.
- Plan and manage manpower to ensure smooth operations across shifts.
- Supervise and coordinate with 50+ frontline/blue-collar employees as required.
- Monitor productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and key operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and operational processes.
- Handle floor-level escalations and drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate with transport, vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, operational reports, and dashboards using MS Excel .
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure operational readiness and smooth execution during peak volumes.




- Work effectively in rotational shifts and demonstrate strong ownership and execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 36 years of experience in e-commerce, 3PL, fulfillment centers, or warehouse operations.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees , or similar organizations preferred.
- Experience in Heavy & Bulky / Large & Bulky / Furniture / Appliances / White Goods operations preferred.
- Proven experience handling high-volume warehouse/FC operations.
- Experience managing 50+ manpower will be an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and operational MIS .
- Strong leadership, ownership, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts .
