Working: 6 Days + 1 Rotational Week Off

Shift Duration: Any 9 Hours
Shift Window: 07:00 AM 09:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

- Handling inbound customer calls
- Understanding and resolving customer queries professionally
- Providing accurate information and effective solutions
- Ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintaining proper call and customer-related records
- Meeting defined quality and customer service parameters

Eligibility

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service is mandatory
- Valuable verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused approach with good listening skills
- Comfortable working in a rotational day-shift environment
