Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, virtualization environments, cybersecurity initiatives, IT governance, and service delivery operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership capabilities with hands-on expertise in managing large-scale IT environments, ensuring high availability, security, compliance, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management

- Lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations supporting large user environments.
- Manage Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS, IIS, and related services.
- Oversee physical and virtual server environments including VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and Citrix platforms.
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and lifecycle management of servers and infrastructure components.

Cloud & Virtualization

- Manage hybrid cloud environments across Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Directory Synchronization, and cloud security services.
- Lead cloud migration, optimization, and governance initiatives.
- Manage virtualization platforms, VDI infrastructure, and disaster recovery solutions.

Network & Security Management





- Design and manage LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure, VPNs, VLANs, routing, and switching environments.
- Administer enterprise firewall solutions including Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall, and Check Point.
- Implement cybersecurity controls including DLP, endpoint protection, access management, and vulnerability management.
- Coordinate Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) and remediation activities.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

- Drive ISO 27001:2022 / ISMS implementation and compliance activities.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, security standards, and governance frameworks.
- Manage internal audits, external audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

- Develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
- Manage backup infrastructure, restoration testing, and recovery procedures.
- Ensure business-critical systems and data are protected and recoverable.

IT Operations & Service Delivery

- Lead IT support and service delivery teams.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.




- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and service levels.
- Manage IT assets, vendor relationships, procurement, licensing, and AMC contracts.

Leadership & Project Management

- Lead and mentor infrastructure and support teams.
- Manage end-to-end IT projects from planning to implementation.
- Prepare management reports on infrastructure, security, compliance, and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across IT operations and cybersecurity.

Preferred Qualifications

- MCA / B.Tech / BE / Equivalent Degree
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCITP, Azure Administrator, AWS Associate, ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
- Experience managing enterprise environments with 500+ users and large-scale server infrastructure

Experience Required

- 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Operations, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and IT Governance.
- Experience leading IT teams and enterprise infrastructure environments.
