- You will be responsible for managing Help Desk, on-site queries resolution related to health advantages and related services part of health plan.
- Manage health and wellness events, including coordination and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of event attendance and feedback.
- Assist with employee benefits enrollment in the app.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and escalate complex employee service related issues to backend team.
- Help in building vendor network to support business requirement & coordinate with them for seamless services.
