- Plans and executes daily HPDC production schedules, allocating machines, dies and manpower to meet targets.
- Sets and optimizes casting parameters (pressure, temperature, cycle time) and validates them through trial runs.
- Inspects castings for defects (porosity, flash, shrinkage) and drives root cause corrective actions with QA.
- Coordinates machine/die maintenance, supervises operators and enforces safety and SOP compliance.
- Leads process improvements (Kaizen, cycle time/scrap reduction) and maintains production/MIS reports.
