Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Primary skills: End-to-end project delivery from initiation and discovery through planning, execution, release, transition and closure.

Secondary skills: Governance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and change control.

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc

Experience: 8+ yrs

Role purpose

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex integration and digital transformation initiatives, with particular emphasis on MuleSoft, B2B integration solutions. The role connects business outcomes, technical delivery and stakeholder expectations, ensuring projects are governed effectively and delivered predictably across scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
What you will own





End-to-end project delivery from initiation and discovery through planning, execution, release, transition and closure.

Integrated delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, resourcing, environments, testing, cutover and operational readiness.

Governance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and change control.

Coordination of cross-functional teams including architects, developers, integration specialists, QA, DevOps, security, operations and business stakeholders.

Client-facing communications, steering updates, status reporting and timely escalation of delivery risks and decisions.

Technical delivery alignment for MuleSoft APIs, integrations and B2B interfaces, working with engineering leads to manage dependencies and delivery constraints.

Resource and capacity planning, vendor coordination, financial tracking and forecast-to-complete management.

Quality gates, release readiness, cutover planning, hypercare and structured handover to support or managed services teams.

Continuous improvement through retrospectives, delivery metrics, lessons learned and reusable project controls.
Essential experience and capabilities

10+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology programmes or projects.
