Capacity & Performance Management

- Monitor storage utilization
- Analyze backup trends
- Identify bottlenecks
- Generate KPI and SLA reports

Risk & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with:
- Security policies
- Retention policies
- Audit requirements

- Participate in root-cause analysis and incident response

Technical Knowledge

- Backup & Recovery concepts
- Data protection principles
- IT Security fundamentals
- Backup retention policies
- Capacity management
- Performance analysis
- Incident, Change & Problem Management (ITIL)
