Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities on the assigned floor.
- Monitor and maintain electrical panels, DBs, lighting systems, power outlets, UPS systems, and other electrical equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure timely troubleshooting and rectification.
- Inspect electrical installations and identify potential faults or safety hazards.
- Allocate work to electricians and monitor their performance and productivity.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out according to approved procedures and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other maintenance teams, contractors, and facility management teams when required.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, inspections, and completed work orders.




- Monitor electrical spare parts, tools, and consumable requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in electrical rooms, panels, and maintenance areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and report abnormalities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and permit-to-work systems.
- Support emergency response activities, including power failures and electrical incidents.
- Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and escalate major issues to the Maintenance Manager.

Work location - Madhapur .
